Hi,

what must be the outgoing rule for +49 1520xxxxxx?

I created this following rule, but I can´t call out.
On my Snom Phone I get the error "not found".

Depends on your provider and how they want the numbers.

Provided that the issue is that the rule is not being matched note that for this rule to match it means you would have to dial a number starting with the + sign. Are you able to do that from the snom? What exact number are you dialing from the ip phone?

To determine if the rule is being matched you can check the 3CX Management Console Event log, you should see a warning or error when the call fails, the info there should shed some light on the matter.

The phone calls exactly the number +491520xxxx. In the 3CX Call History I can see this call also with this number and the status is "not acepted".

Have you checked the Management Console's Event log too? What do you see there? It may be what @bitn2 and it is the SIP Provider rejecting the call.

How can I check the Management Console´s Event log?
Thanks!

In the Management Console just go to "Dashboard" on the left menu and you should see the "Event Log" on that screen. You can click on the settings (cogwheel icon) on the right to determine what is shown:

When its Telekom than they want the numbers in international format. +4912345679..
e.164 must be switched off. Here are mine for german Telekom:

Name: International
Nummern mit Präfix: 00
Ziffern entfernen: 2
Ziffern voranstellen: +

Name: National
Nummern mit Präfix: 0
Ziffern entfernen: 1
Ziffern voranstellen: +49

Name: E.164
Nummern mit Präfix: +
Ziffern entfernen: 0
Ziffern voranstellen: <leer lassen>

Name: Regional
Nummern mit Präfix: 1-9
Ziffern entfernen: 0
Ziffern voranstellen: +49<Vorwahl ohne führende 0>

@bitn2 Danke für die Übersicht.

First off, I do have to mention that we'd appreciate keeping the conversation in English as these are 3CX's International forums this information will definitely prove useful to other members too.

Now, it sounds like the number might have been reformatted before it reached the Outbound Rule. Can you go into Settings E164 and disable the following in the provided order:

Note: I know the below options will turn grey when you disable the top one but please do use the order I mentioned above regardless.

Ich habe den Fehler gefunden :).
E164 war noch aktiviert.
Danke für die Hilfe!
