i need help with deleting multiple (6) duplicate Linphone "Unprovisioned" entries somehow registered to the same extension. See attached screenshot below.

This happened as a result of using Linphone app on my iOS to test video calls to i32V and i10V connected to 3CX since 3CX doesn't support H264 on its app. I have no idea why this app would register multiple times to the same extension on 3CX.

But at end of this testing, I can't find a way to remove/delete all of these extensions. I don't want to delete the extension and rebuild either because this extension has many custom rights configured and it will take me a long time to rebuild it all so your help is much appreciated.

  • 3CX Version: Standard Annual 16.0.9
  • Server OS: Windows 10
  • Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Not Hosted
  • IP Phones: Fanvil i32V and i10V
  • Provisioning Method: Local
  • Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
  • Are custom Phone Templates being used: YES

Just wait until the registration expires or reboot

@cobaltit Thanks, I rebooted and they are all gone. Is this normal behavior?

By the way, the video test failed anyway.

I was able to make a call to and from Linphone app to the intercom device, but the video just doesn't want to stream during calls, after I have confirmed that the video already works between Fanvil devices.

Not sure if I will ever get support from Fanvil or 3CX because 3CX doesn't H264 that Fanvil devices use.

Well I don't use Linphone but yes it's normal for a registered device to still show on any platform until the registration expires and isn't refreshed or unless the devices removes it's registration. Some soft clients(and probably some hardware ones) will unregister at shutdown if properly shutdown.
