Hi all,
I'm using the 3CX free version which is 16SC. I'm happy with the service and considering a paid version even though I do not need it. But the issue I'm facing is I do not know how many SC I need. Does 3CX have a history of the maximum SC used in the past?
When I look at the queue manager, I see maybe 4-6 calls at the most so I can only guess that 8SC is enough but I feel comfortable having the buffer.
I heard that 3CX free version has 16SC. Is this renewable? I was told it was. But I'm a bit confused with the offering have a free version and then a standard version. If opting for standard then the current price chart shows 4SC and 8SC for free. Is that renewable for free too? I saw some forums say there is a maintenance fee.
I like the program and would be happy to pay to support the company but I feel like $700/year for a 16SC (3CX Pro) is a bit expensive. Wish there was a couple more choices. Something like 10-12 SC in the $300 per year range for the pro version.
The fee structure is a bit complex for a newbie. Thanks for your help in advance.
