How to Disable or Hide QR Code Option for 3CX Users from Admin Portal?

Hello,

We are using 3CX and would like to prevent users from registering their extension on their mobile devices using the QR code. Is there a way to remove or disable the "Scan QR Code" option that appears in the 3CX user portal or welcome email?

Ideally, we want to prevent mobile app usage entirely unless explicitly allowed by the admin.

Is this possible to manage via the admin portal now or will be available in next updates?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

No this is not possible. If you want to prevent a user from provisioning their app, you will have to do this from your own MDM.

The QR is a main part of the whole provisioning process of the mobile apps.
