3CX Version - 18.0.3.461 (Build 461)
Server OS - Debian 10 / ESXI VM
Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? - OnPrem ESXI VM
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version - NA
Provisioning Method: - Local
Trunk Provider or VoIP Gateway Make/Model - Net2Phone, Twilio, HTC
Has the Firewall Checker passed: - Yes
Are custom Phone Templates being used: No
The voicemail function for Call Queues is causing problems in our work flow and I would like to disable it. We don't use the send to voicemail option for any of our call queues so its not as simple as just choosing a different option. We learned that despite not having that option active you can still direct transfer an active call to the voicemail of a call queue. We have had users do this on accident and it causes confusion and frustration for both our service technicians and the clients that called for service.
I tried to find the answer in the forums but all I have come across is posts that are off topic or unanswered. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
