How to enable live chat ofline messages?

Hi friends. I cannot figure out how to set live chat so customer can leave a ofline mesage? And I do not see any place whrer is stored ofline contacts from name and email field.

I would appriciate any help.

Ok thanks i found out. It was office ofline hours destination problem.
