How to enable TLS setting when Fanvil X3S connect to 3CX

Hi,

I have auto-provisioned my Fanvil X3S to 3CX. However, I realized that it is by default using UDP as the transport.

I did the following :

a. Login to the Fanvil X3S portal
b. The transport in Fanvil X3S is changed to TLS
c. The port is changed to 5061
d. After the settings are applied, the result is "Timeout". Pls refer below.

Are there other settings need to configure ?

Select TLS protocol as SIP Transport under Phone Provisioning tab in 3CX and try again.

Select TLS protocol as SIP Transport under Phone Provisioning tab in 3CX and try again.

Transport setting is only for 3CX App. There is no Transport settings for Fanvil Phone under Phone Provisioning.

That's correct.
Try that one to see if it work for you.

Well first step is to check to see if your firewall checker passes. It could be something as simple as you don't have 5061 open on the firewall in front of 3CX.
