I went to my self hosted 3CX dashboard, clicked on "number of calls in use" and see an ongoing call for 20 hours between two of my internal numbers.
I checked with both and their Windows clients and mobile clients both showed no ongoing call.
They don't have any other connected devices and neither has used the webclient.
next to this call, there is an "x" apparently to terminate the call. Clicking it however does nothing.
I then asked one of these 2 people to log into the webclient, go to this call and select: terminate or reject (can't remember the exact term as his interface was set to German.
This results in a popup saying: "error. Exception of type TCX.PBXAPI.OperationFailed occured in 'processDropCall' line 4541. Message: Unspecified"
How do I terminate calls like this?
The problem is that as long as that call is ongoing all new incoming calls are redirected to his voicemail... as a workaroudn I have allowed multiple incoming calls.
