How to exclude an extension from IVR selections

Hi there!

I am facing a problem. In an installation I have done, I have installed a door phone (Fanvil i18s), which has of course an extension number. This device can trigger the opening of the door if pressing the correct code. The IVR system of this customer has the option to dial the extension number (if you know it) and you are getting forwarded directly to it. In case you call (from outside) and you dial the extension number of the door phone, then the door phone is answering automatically after the first ring (!!!) and by dialing the code you can open the door! This can be done from outside, from anywhere, simple by calling the company and knowing the correct extension number and the code to trigger the opening of the door.

You understand that this is a very serious security hole and I want to secure the system. I want this particular extension not to be able to called via the IVR options, but only from another extension, only from internal. How can I do that, please?
