How to find number of simultaneous call.

I am trying to find out if our current license of 16 simultaneous calls is what we need, or if a license for only 8 sim calls would be adequate. Is there any way to look back in the reports and find this some how? Thank you.

at the moment you can only get notified via email if your license has reached the limit. In order to enable this option in your 3CX Phone System in v14, open your Management console >> Settings >> Email >> under Evens check mark "The licence limit is reached" box
