How to fix extension with same number already exists

Hi everybody ! I am having a problem, when I create a new account. but "existed" error. but when I searched in other categories I couldn't find it. hope everyone will support

You could try doing a call report for this extension and see what comes back?

also, you're on an old version of 3CX and i would recommend you upgrade to V16.

thanks for your support. But here's the problem: I generate other numbers that still succeed. just creating that number won't work. although I searched all of the items
