Hi, is there a way to answer a call with an IVR, and transfer this call to another voip external line?
Thanks
Mbacicc

This is possible via some simple steps.

1. Create Digital Receptionist
2. Create Extension
3. Create Inbound (Line) Rule that forward all calls to DR
4. Set Time Out on DR that all calls will be forwarded to Extension you create at step 2.
5. Set on Ext you create at step 2 "Forward All Calls" rule that forward all calls to External number.
6. Set Outbound rule that route this External Number to you VOIP provider.

Thats all.

Thank you for your answer. I was trying to transfer to external line but I had this error:
17:14:47.703 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(1): Call is terminated

Outbound rule is Calls to Numbers starting with (Prefix) 0, route 1, strip 1 number, in order to dial the number i want when i obtain the external line.
Is this correct?
Extension 100 forwards all calls to external number 0.
800 is the extension of the DR, configured with a 1 second timeout to forward to 100.

Thanks
Mbacicc

You do not need to press 0 and strip 1 digit to get outbound line.
Simply drovide outbound number as is.
In the outbound rule remove 0, do not strip anything.

Just enter number of digits in external number. For example if you call number 1234567 enter

Calls to Numbers starting with (Prefix) - empty

Calls to Numbers with a length of - 7

Route 1 Strip Digits - 0

The system automatically recognize this number as outbound based on numder of digits you provide in Outbound Rule.

Ok, i've done that, but the problem is still here :(

17:14:34.781 Call::RouteFailed [CM503014]: Call(1): Attempt to reach [sip:[email protected]] failed. Reason: Not Found
17:14:34.765 CallCtrl::onSelectRouteReq [CM503013]: Call(1): No known route to target: [sip:[email protected]]

Is it normal? I think it can't forward to the 100 extension. It isn't registered, but there is the forward rule to external number

Try to restart 3cx phone system service in Windows just after configuration.

I found that configuration not completely applied if you do not restart this service. :(

Maybe i found my problem. Before i've set up a sip port <> 5060 to allow another sip device in the net to work, now i've set up 5060 to this server, but it isn't forwarded and it doesn't work, i've forwarded the port and restart my pc to see the results.
I'm trying
Thanks for your help

Ooooook, it works! Thanks

But only with an italian provider named Eutelia. If I try to make a call using Internetcalls.com it doesn't work, even if it's registered. I don't know.

i've to take a look to providers that allows making calls by 3cx.
Thanks for your help. very useful

Bye, Mbacicc

You are not sure, it is WORK with internetcalls but you need make some changes in SIP request (i.e. in this provider's properties in 3CX).

I need some time to investigate this issue.
