How to get data in MYSQL at the start of a call?

3CX integration with Mysql database. The problem is that I can only get the manager's name and date after the call ends.

The client calls 3cx. I want data about the date and name of the manager to arrive immediately in MYSQL. How to do it? Screenshot example with ID 1009.

At the beginning of the call, there is an entry in the database, but the date is not transmitted. ID = 1008. How can I pass the date?

The easy way is to change the date field to timestamp with default of CURRENT_TIMESTAMP

The CRM integration only logs calls at the end of it. Not at the start.

The only way to have that at the start is to use the custom URL in the Webclient/DesktopApp.
