How to get Expanded Presence screen on Mac

I am running 3CX on my Macbook pro. I am seeing some interface differences with folks on the rest of my team who use Windows, and most of the doc is for Windows.
Where is the doc for the Mac interface?
Specifically, I want to use the Listen and Whisper features, and for that I apparently need the Expanded Presence window... which appears to be unavailable for the Mac. Or I am not seeing it. Please help.

If I recall in v12.5 it is a menu item at the top of the screen when 3cx was active... but I am on Windows 80% of the time.
