but I didn't get any recorded audio.

Currently it is not possible to send the recording to the CRM with the 3CX Integration.

We use a file watcher, a PHP proxy application and some API trickery.

Our customers at Zendesk have implemented similar using a Webhook that generates a link to an MP3 recording of a conversation from 3CX
