Hello Community,

Anyone can explain how to describe the recording files file name. By seeing Recordings Menu in 3CX from "Date","Display Name","DID","From","To".

When downloading the recording file it shows like this [DD SALES%3A09174271026]_09174271026-1100_20240205072055(1182)
DD SALES = Department
%3A = ? (Dont know, where this came from and how 3cx system generate)
09174271026 = Call Source (customer)
09174271026-1100 = Agent 1100 received calls from Call Source.
20240205 = Date
072055(1182) = ? (Dont know where this came from and how 3cx generate it since as per checking, there is no 1182 user exist.

Hope some one can explain or give KB on this.

Thank you

The digits you mention are the specific numbers of the call recording. So1182 recordings took place in this system.

Hi Charles,

Thanks for answering my inquiry here as a community member of 3cx.
What you mean 1182 is the number counting?

This is correct. It is the number of recordings recorded on the entire system.

This is correct. It is the number of recordings recorded on the entire system. They are not all your recordings, as the SMB system is shared among multiple companies and users. It is, however, the total amount of call recordings that have been recorded.
How about the hosted 3cx system?
still the same as number counting.

Correct, it is the number of recordings made through the entire system since it was first installed.
