How to know when router phone is working?

I'm prepping to install my first router phone setup but it's in a pre-existing 3cx system with a bunch of v1 fanvil x6u phones. I'm going to replace 1 at each location with 1 v2 x6u and see if it fixes their sip alg-ish problems.

How can I tell once the other phones have began using the router phone properly?
Also this is a mixed environment of cordless yealinks and v1 x6u phones. 4 phones at each location. 3cx is newest version of linux hosted in vultr

Hi,

As far as I'm aware the existing phones would need to be reprovisioned to use the X6Uv2 as the SBC, they don't just switch over.

Well, as a quick test, I have just switched my X6Uv1 from stun connection to SBC by updating the phone provisioning details Selecting 3CX SBC (remote) for provisioning method
Select the appropriate SBC from the dropdown list
save the changes
I did factory reset on the phone and it then came up on the sbc
Also tried just rebooting phone, and appears to work switching from one sbc to another.

It will show on the Phones tab like this, with the extension based SBC indicated:

There are leftover settings that will not get overwritten if you just switch and reprovision alone.

So please always factory reset your phones when switching from STUN to SBC.

We now have RPS provisioning for SBC phones too so it should not be an issue to simply reset them and let them come up by themselves (after you configure the extension of course).
