How to make calls from suiteCRM using 3cx Pro client?

I have SuiteCRM and 3cx pro setup and working properly fine also did all the steps mentioned in url 'https://www.3cx.com/docs/sugarcrm-crm-integration/', still not been able to click to call from SuiteCRM..

Any Idea?

Hi there,

The link you sent is for SugarCRM, and not SuiteCRM. In fact 3CX does not provide any plugin for SuiteCRM.

If you need to develop such integration, you can follow the steps here:

Or you can suggest the that 3CX implements this integration by filling the form in that link.

Also, if you just need click-to-call functionality, you can use the features already available in the 3CXPhone client:

Maybe because Suite touts itself as the Sugar CE replacement.... It almost sounds as if Suite is derived from Sugar... (play on words in some fashion) but I do not think that is the case.
