How to make Cisco 7940 MWI works?

I am working for a IT consauting company in Canada. We have some spare Cisco 7940 SCCP phones. I re-image 7940 to SIP v6.0. They are working fine with 3CX Phone System Version3.1.2434.0.

I have enabled the MWI in "SIPDefault.cnf" file as below.

# Dialtone Stutter for MWI
stutter_msg_waiting: 1 ; 0-Disabled (default), 1-Enabled

But I still can't make the MWI light work. Could some one help?

MWI is disabled in free version.
