how to monitor someone else voicemail?

I want to monitor ext 100 voice message. Any new message for ext 100. It will blind my phone so i know there is a voicemail for me to check.
How do i set that up?

The only way to get visual notification on your set, is to have that extension programmed on one of the line keys, and have the MWI set-up for that key, which (on many sets) can be done, but is not officially supported.
You could set up the mailbox to email you, when a message is left.
If your mobile provider offers email to SMS, you could have the notification sent, as a text message, to your mobile.

To expand on leejor's suggestion, if it were me, I would manually configure a 2nd account on my physical phone for extension 100. In my experience, this will cause your MWI to turn on regardless of which account has the new voicemail. When you press the voicemail button on your phone it will ask you whether you want to display the voicemails for account 1, or account 2. You can then handle the voicemails for either account directly from your phone.
