Solved How to populate DSS or BLF keys on Fanvil X210 from 3CX interface

We have 50x extensions in the business, and need to populate the right hand side DSS keys (3x pages of 32x BLF keys) on the Fanvil X210.

In the 3CX management interface, on the BLF tab of the extension which has the Fanvil X210 provisioned .. the settings only seem to provision to the left hand BLF set of keys of which there are only 10x keys.

Is it necessary to go into the user interface of the phone for this? Hopefully not as we want the BLF keys to automatically update from the Extension list, or at least be selectable from that.

.. well I think I just discovered how this works .. the first 10x DSS key settings from the 3CX management interface go to the 10 indicator keys on the phone, then the subsequent ones populate the so-called Function Keys of the phone.

You can see this in the Fanvil X210 UI .. entries 11 and 12 from the 3CX show as DSS keys 1 and 2 on the phone .. after a re-provisioning of course
