How to reset [system admin] & [system owner] password?

Hi all,
Is there another way to reset the [system admin] and/or [system owner] password than via the Admin Console >> going to the [system admin] or [system owner] user and clicking the [Reset password] button and then following the link sent via eMail?

No, this is the only way to official reset your passwords.

if you've forgot, it'll be a restore or reinstall.

You can also click the Forgot password in the login screen of the Web Client and use the email address configured for the System Owner or System Admin extension.
If the email address is correct and unique for the extension in the PBX, you will receive an email to configure a new password for the extension.
