how to set all phone when press 0 to go to the frontdesk extension? or the frontdesk group?

Can someone show me how to set on fanvil h5 phone when press 0 it goes to the frontdesk extension? or frontdesk group? what is the best way to do this?

Thank you.. this worked. Is there a way I can ring both frontdesk user? I have frontdesk1 and frontdesk2. 2 people in the front desk. how would I go about when press 0 to ring both at once? I have setup a frontdesk group and added the frontdesk1 and frontdesk2 two in there. Is there a way when press 0 to ring to the frontdesk group?

Hi,

That does sound like a ringgroup

Remove the 0 from the single extesion you did setup.
Create a new dummy extension, and set the 0 there, than set the call Forward Exception, to ALWAYS forward the call to the reception Ringgroup.

In this case the internal dial 0 will go to the dummy extension, that is always forwarded to the group.... and it rings.
