How to set DID is 3 digits

Dear All,

I am 3CX newbie, I have IP PBX experience.
My Trunk provide give me DID is 3 digits, when I set this in 3CX version15 system said "DID cannot be less than 4 digits"....
How can I set DID is 3 digits

Hello @Cecil Law

Please note that it is not recommended to use DID's with 3 digits especially if your extension length is 3 digits. You will have identification issues.
However you can add a * in front of your DID's to make them 4 digits but again this is not recommended
