How to share reports? v20

I've created some reports as system owner but my users cannot see them. How do I share these reports?

Additionally, how do I view all reports others have made?

Reports in v20 are per-user only at the moment.

Damn. Is this due to change? I cant be going in to extensions and setting up reports.

They'll add delivery to custom email, that's all I am aware of.
