We have an Installation running at a clients company where 3 people are in a Ring group together, and with their old setup they had a Caller history software that showed all incoming calls, no matter who took the call, if it was answered at all or any other way the call might have been dealt with.
Now with the 3cx Phone for Windows client, they seem to only show select Calls in their Caller History, which doesnt suit their needs, because they need to check who to call back etc. Is there any way to make the Client show literally all incoming Calls, no matter what extension answered them?
