How to show caller number when using ring also on mobile

How we show the caller number when using this option? Currently it displays user's DID number, not caller number in her mobile.

Could we see this option in 3cx Console, our provider is china telecom

Hi Frank, if you mean China Mobile then they do not support clip no screening and also these trunks can only be used with dedicated servers only.

Hi Alejandro, It's China telecom, There are 3 big vendors in china, China Mobile,China Telecom,China Unicom

Ok Frank, but sorry China Telecom is not listed as supported VoIP Provider and using the Free or SMB you have to use a supported SIP Trunk
