How to show incoming call popup in my crm

i have a custom crm with php.
We want to when we have incoming call, a popup show in our own CRM instead of 3CX web platform.
i work with server side integration but it is not what i want.

Hi You could just this feature in the extensions web client or soft phone



Enter the search string against your CRM and it will pop with a search of the number that came in.

thanks diamond9 but i do not want to user open 3cx web interface. is there any way to do that ?

Have you got the softphone installed on the users pc?

This is the only way the screen will know what computer to open the CRM contact on.

i install 3cx software for each user in they computers.

The one i mentioned previously will be quicker but the will need to use their webclient rather than the app, the webclient is the way forward.

I have given the 2 options using 3CX either create your own template or use the link in the webclient

There is no other simple options available.

That's very old, and not supported anymore. The only option you have is creating a CRM template, in this case the Web Client will launch the Contact URL in the agent's browser. If your CRM is web based, this should be enough.

Another option that I might think of is using the Call Flow Designer, so you route inbound calls to a CFD app, and this CFD app can invoke a web service on your CRM, and finally transfer the call to a queue. The problem is that the CFD app will not know which extension will answer this call, because the call has not been sent to the queue/extension yet. But if you don't need that, maybe this would be a way to go...
