Hello friends,

We are having our own CRM which we provide to our customers.
We want to give them facility for incoming call popup in our own CRM instead of 3CX web platform.

What is best way to do that using 3CX?

Please give us best possible solution.

Thank you.

If you need to receive a notification every time a call is received by an agent's extension, then you can use 2 approaches:
  1. From the server side, the 3CX Call Control API. This is a .NET Core API which needs to be used from a .NET Core program that you need to create.
  2. From the client side, you can create a 3CXPhone for Windows plugin using this API: https://www.3cx.com/call-center/crm-integration/

Kind regards.

Use the Call Control API to generate a push notifications to your employees browsers. That's the only way I see.
