How to turn off 3CX on Google Cloud.

I have a 3CX configured in Google Cloud, in the free 06 month license, I made a backup and reinstalled the local 3CX, and I need to shut down the Google Cloud machine, I already researched and I don't think where, can someone help me?

Hi Luiz,

You can request to have it deleted via our cloud instances support form.


1. Visit https://www.3cx.com/contact-form/
2. Pick the options in the screenshot (they will appear as you add info into the form)
3. Ask to delete your cloud instance and include these details

• Admin Username
• Password
• FQDN
• License key
• WAN IP of machine to terminate
