How to update manually

Hi, I just learnt that you can make a schedule for Automatic update for 3CX
What if the PBX has to run 24/7 and update has to be execute manually.
besides uncheck the box of [Automatically update 3CX],What can we do?

If it is unchecked, it won't update automatically. That's it.

Then, to update, you go to Settings -> Updates and you select the new release.
