Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to see all the provisioned physical phones that are currently online in my PBX.

At the moment, I can get this information from the Health Export under the Overview section, but I am not completely sure what this field really refers to.

Ideally, I would like to have a way to quantify or get a clear count of how many extensions/phones are online at any given time, not just a generic status.

Also, if possible, it would be very useful to export the list from the Phones section.
(BTW: this section does not display provisioned clients with the V18 Client, which would actually help me a lot in tracking migrations to the new 3CX Client version.)

Thanks in advance!

extdevice = 808==808
extension = 1313==1313

Not sure I follow the question but Admin>Phones should show online desk phones.

Hi SteveITS,

Yes, the Phones section does give the quantity, but at the moment it has to be counted manually.

I don’t know if you remember the extension UP counter in V18, which gave you the total directly — that’s exactly what I was referring to.

The other detail I mentioned in my post is that the Phones section does not detect the V18 client, so if an extension is still provisioned with V18, the admin can’t see it listed.

That’s why I was hoping for a more direct way to quantify all active devices.

Hello @Gummies ,

Why and how do you want this information?
Like realtime monitoring, or weekly report for management, or Overview on request for IT staf...?

Would some script help you to get the information? or are you just trying to find this data online in the 3CX admin?

Paulo

Believe it or not..

extdevice relates to how many devices are registered (just registered, doesnt mean active) between all extensions and i'll let you guess what extension means :D
