How to view the Receptionist View

Can someone please tell me how I can get the receptionists view to work when I am out of the office on another network. I am able to view it on the same computer as long as I am on the office network. This is happening on all staff computers. None of the staff can see who is on calls while out of the office. Thanks for your help in advanced.

You can either use the Web Client or 3CX Desktop app to view the switchboard (Web client) or Receptionist view (Desktop app).

Ensure your firewall checks pass and that you're able to access your network external using the FQDN.
