howto pick up a toggled caller again?

how can I pick up a toggled caller again in the Windows Client or cancel the toggeling?

By toggled caller do you mean a Parked call? Could you clarify a little further?

I meant the 2nd button (Alt. transfer)

Please note that if you're using the Web Client and using the Attended Transfer function, you will need to end the call with C before reconnecting with B. If you use the Windows Client, you can use the line function which will allow you to have both on hold and switch between them as shown below:
