Can you help me set Grandstream HT503
problem no1: it ansower the pstn call and transfer it to the ext.
problem no2: caller id does not work

Don't wast your valuable time to make works on caller id. It should be the firmware issue.

It should be almost the same setting.

I installed the latest firmware and still has this problem
and what you yhink about orher problem (open the pstn line and give the caller ring tone with out ext ansower
