Solved HT801 config problem

Hi all,
I've 3CX smb free running for a year with no problem.
I had to change the password of a user connected with HT801 system.
Now HT801 does not work anymore. I tried deleting it and configuring it again but I can't associate it:

I go to admin --> voice & chat --> select Grandstream HT801, insert MAC --> next --> here I can't select anything. Where am I going wrong?

You need an sbc or router phone to provision an ata with a cloud pbx.

I can't remember smb works without an sbc. It was always the case.

ok thanks! so if I buy a Yealink T42u it will work as phone and also as router for TH801 ?

No, you need an phone that could work as router phone or you can install it somewhere else. The T41 is also EOL so not a good idea to buy this phone anyway. You will finde every info here: https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

installed a Yealink T46U (router phone) + my old HT801 working!
