HTek Phones and 3CX Call Waiting

Hi

For some reason..

when using HTek Phones (UC804P) and using ring groups on 3CX v15

a 2nd incoming call does not beep or ring.. the line key just flashes.... if the user is not looking at the phone they will miss the call

any way to get the phone to at lease Beep in the ear piece when a another call comes in?

all extens are set to accept more then one call at a time.

Is this when using the same line that the second call is coming in on, or a second line key on the set?

According to the manual http://www.hanlongtek.com/uploadfile/we ... e/804P.pdf (page 82), there is an option to turn on, or off, the call waiting tone. Not sure if that is over-written if the set picks up a new config file.
