Hey all

Looking to try out 3CX and migrate from freepbx if it ticks all the boxes of the current system.

Currently we use a HTTP lookup to an API on our repairshop CRM which will show the correct caller ID, if there is a job outstanding and also log a call on the customer section.

Details here: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/knowled ... ntegration

I couldn't see this feature - is it called something else or is there an alternative way to do it?

Thanks

Don't see Repairshopr specifically mentioned, you might want to question them about integration with 3CX. I see that someone has already brought up 3CX in their forum. Perhaps they require a nudge.

Yes maybe they do :) is it easy enough to implement the API?

Proper integration rather than http api would result in a lot more features I guess - but still there isn't a way to put in a http source in 3CX for caller ID lookup in the meantime?

Thanks
