HTTP triggers/Web Page POPS

Hi All.

I am trying to get an incoming call to trigger a HTTP page.

When the call comes in I want someone's PC to display a webpage.

Any ideas how?

Could you use the MyPhone Notifications?
Notify external program on incoming calls?
Notify iexplore.exe and the webpage as a parameter?
