Hi KaterinaK,

I recently upgraded my 3CX Account to be able to integrate my Hubspot CRM account to 3CX. Unfortunaly, when I try to authorize the token :


I confirm my developper hubspot account :

Then I receive this error message : "for security reasons the redirect_uri must use https"


Could you help me solve this issue ?

Maybe the url in 3CX should be modified : https://app.hubspot.com/oauth/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2xxxxxxxxxxxxx%3Axxxxxx%2Fapi%2Foauth2crm&state=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&scope=crm.objects.contacts.read%20crm.objects.contacts.write%20crm.objects.companies.read%20crm.objects.owners.read%20timeline

I tried to manually modify it but then i have the message "the redirect_uri does not match with the client redirect_uri. Please contact the application dev."

You need to access the 3CX management console over HTTPS, and not HTTP. Then, configure the Redirect URL in the HubSpot application with HTTPS too. That will solve the issue.

Also, you need to chose the CRM account, not the Developer one when authorizing.

Our Hubspot integration seems to be working and logging inbound calls, but it's not logging outbound calls. Any idea why this would be happening? Do we have to allow Contact Creation for this? I can't seem to find any info on this in the article.

Is a contact found on these outbound calls? (Does the contact vcard icon appears in the app dialer?)

I don't think so - when I look at the Monitoring a contact is found for Incoming calls only.

You'll need to check the logs in 3CX and see why. Put the system in verbose and check the 3CXSystemService log file.

According to the issue, you didn't specify al the scopes required by the app. You should follow the guide to the letter:

Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason=Bad Request - Content={"status":"BAD_REFRESH_TOKEN","message":"missing or invalid refresh token","correlationId":"ea4c723c-4dc8-43ba-9d80-26cad9662a7f"}

Any ideas?

The app is made and installed in HubSpot, but the 3CX interface is different than what shows in the guide. The only fields are Domain and Portal ID.

You're using the free/paid SMB/StartUP edition. Those do not have the server-side integration, only the basic lookup that you see there.

Or you're looking at the wrong place. You're checking client side integration, you should check the server side integration in the admin console.

Is there any updated article for this? I went to try and follow these steps and in hubspot it looks pretty different now. I went into settings -> integrations -> private apps and created it. Some stuff i could figure out like the scopes but where it wants me to put in the address its under webhooks and wants me to create a subscription to listen for certain events? I got as far as i could but when I finished it only gave me an access token and a client secret, not a client ID like the documentation said. I tried to use the access token as the client secret but got invalid.
