on your site, there is not the same interface.
i think your file is a bit dated.
we are currently on version 20 update 5.

The documentation might need to be updated. HubSpot changes their UI from time to time, and 3CX is not notified about this. When they realize this is needed, they update the docs.

In any case, the options should be more or less the same, just the UI a bit different, but you should be able to complete the integration.
