hubspot integration? How well does it work?

I'm about to propose this system to a client. How well does 3cx work with hubspot on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being don't do it, 10 being perfection?

Phone numbers has to be entered in the CRM the same way the 3CX looks it up (E164 preferably, no ( ) - or anything else.

Other than that, works flawlessly.

Unless it has been updated, the HubSpot integration only matches phone numbers against the primary phone number. It does not search for matches on the mobile number for example.

We use HubSpot internally and decided to build our own integration because of this and other limitations inherent in the 3CX server-side integrations.

For what it does, the 3CX integration is reliable, and it is "free".
