I can auto-provision Yealink T27G but not Grandstream GRP 2601P, behind SBC

I have 2 phones behind the SBC. I can auto-provision the Yealink, but not the Grandstream. The GS gets the provisioning link set and the admin password set but doesn't do anything after that or after a reboot. The GS firmware is 1.0.5.26.

What is the exact model?

The Yealink is a T27G firmware 69.86.0.5 and the Grandstream GRP2601P with firmware 1.0.5.26

The latest supported firmware for the Grandstream is 1.0.3.63

I downgraded the GRP to 1.0.3.63 and setup a clean PBX. I am still unable to provision the GRP through the SBC

Yes, just went through it again. I can see it is requesting the RPS file. I have done a hardware reset on the phone but have not see any other RPS requests after the reset

RPS request for GrandStream (MAC:C074AD123456) IP Phone of (1000) delivered successfully

Press to edit the extension and then OK one more time, then reboot the device.
