I have been on this for 10 hours. The IP info doesn't make sense to me but Spectrum assures me it is correct.
The SIP trunk comes in on an inno media SBC and plugs into the phone system. (I have put a switch between them now which in testing appears to make no difference.
They have told me that both my IP address and gateway are 192.168.1.1
In the network settings there is a static IP of XX.11.35.XX but the network card interface is 192.168.1.1
Something here just doesn't seem right. I can get incoming calls to land at voicemail but I can't seem to provision a phone using any method and calls fail when i attempt to forward out of the system.
Looked at the errors and I see this error for the forwarding
Call to <sip:8129011101@Check:5060> has failed; Cause: 503 No DNS results/INVITE from local
Any ideas? I did a search but can't find anything that matches my issue well enough.
