Same fucking problem driving me crazy over the top, for me exactly the same. There is also no way to receive support and everyone is acting like it's client side problem but it's a 3cx problem for sure. Im about to lose my damn job my boss is an asshole and don't understand just blames me for the outage and threatens to fire me goddamnit :( im fully stressed out

I'm willing to spend money for support but there is no option and you can't submit the contact form :(

Maybe they hacked, have a look (i cant) if you SIP trunks are being used by somebody else then yourself under this servers :

https://1749.3cx.cloud/
https://1771.3cx.cloud/

Seems to be a database sql issue maybe ?! No clue and really don't know how we get this solved DanH

The thing I can notice is that our cloud numbers are very close to eachother and maybe there are problems in this 17xx cluster of 3cx ? Its the only thing i can come up with.

I was thinking the same thing. Our SIP trunk provider Flowroute doesn't have any active registrations.

My friends URL is https://12xx.3cx.cloud and it's working fine.

Def. this cluster and no one takes this seriously neither you can't buy support. Im about to lose my job...........

AndreasA thank you so much for reading this in advance.

DanH maybe we are lucky !! Two 3CX people are reading this, fingers crossed.

Please note that we do not provide free technical support for SMB subscriptions. If the instance cannot be found in the 3CX Customer Portal under the email address used to register the subscription, then the only available option is to proceed with the new system you have created.

This will require you to reinstall the 3CX SBC, perform a factory reset on the phones, re-provision them on the new system, and reconfigure your trunks, along with any other necessary settings.

Charles it seems more users of the 17xx cluster have this problem. The system cloud url is accesible just the logins dont work anymore and we cant see them under our systems in the main account.

Can't you make an exception to have a look whats wrong with this cluster ? I'm willing to pay or donate to whatever you 3cx guys prefer. So far known systems with the same problem (2 users) :

https://1749.3cx.cloud/
https://1771.3cx.cloud/

The system has no issues and hosts multiple companies. If you cannot log in, it means your account no longer exists.

Please proceed as advised to configure a new system.

Thank you for checking this. I did not delete my account netiher did i receive an email that it's deleted. Also the cloud link is still up. Can you somehow tell me whats the cause of this ? Or create a new duplicate one for me ? Again I'm willing to pay / subscribe or donate whatever is needed ! Many many many thanks.

Can you confirm https://1749.3cx.cloud/ is still registred under my mail - [email protected] ? I'm also scared for our company privacy if this server is now under an other email or still operating without me being accesable to it.

There are many accounts on this system. If you are unable to log in and cannot see this instance in the 3CX Customer Portal using your email address. In that case, your configuration (company) does not actually exist on it.

ok i will try to create a new one. can you confirm : 1749 is not under my email and no privacy / trunk settings etc are filled in from mine under this 1749 cloud number ?

Can you tell me the extesnion number that you had on this system?

  1. Your extension number is 17610
  2. 3CX URL: https://1749.3cx.cloud
  3. Check your voicemail by dialing 99999

Thank you for checking this so much if it still exists !

There is no such extesnion or range of extension within the range of 176 on the system, so all your data will not be there. Check with anyone else on your team to see if they have deleted the subscription or account from the system. Then, configure the new free system that you have set up.
