I didn't login to my 3cx for 3 months. Now it's deleted

Thank you. The only question remains how this has been deleted ? The registred account it was under never received an email nor did I as IT administrator deleted it. Thank you ! Can this be part of a regular clean up ? The extension was still used everyday but I guess the only route from here is indeed to setup a new system. Thanks

Hello,

We use for over 1 year a free 3cx service : https://1749.3cx.cloud/
Today all of the sudden the service stopped working, I can't reset my password and when I login under my google account on the server it doesnt work.
When i try to login on the main site it works but created a fresh account not listing this server.
I can't call 3cx, I can't buy a support ticket and I'm totally stuck.

I googled if the service seems to be down but all seems to be ok.
Is there anyone who can help me ?
