I don't see the chat icon on the homepage Why?

I added the 3cx live chat plug in in WordPress. When I am logged in to WordPress, I can see the chat box, but when I log out or access my homepage on mobile, I can't see the chat icon.

When I looked up something similar on the forum, it said it was because of the / at the end of the URL, so I tried deleting that in the settings as well, but I still can't see it.

This is something you need to check from your Wordpress. Try to disable plugins and check.

Are you telling me to deactivate all the plugins one by one and see if 3cx live chat works?
