I have my server still going onsite. Do I turn off the pi? Stop services? How do I do that via terminal in linux? As far as I can tell, the Pi is still serving the server.

The cloud service does seem down

I rebooted both the pi and the cloud and after both returned, I have no phone service.

Hi there,

you should shutdown your RPi since having two PBXs active on the same subscription results to conflicts with the FQDN. Then access your Hosted by 3CX instance which is currently up and running via IP and restart all the services in order to update the FQDN and let me know please. Also after checking, all services of the hosted by 3CX instance are up and 3CX System is accessible.

Is there a way I can shut down the 3cx service until I can uninstall it? I dont feel save not having it as a back up yet, but I do use it to remote into.

Sure, just use 3CXStopServices command and all services of your on-prem 3CX system will stop. You can also stop services from Management Console
