HI,
I need to know Does 3CX works with leads? Contacts? and accounts?

If yes...
When getting a call using 3CX, if the number matches with contact, lead or account of dynamics CRM, Do we need to configure with which entity 3CX will navigate to open record in dynamics CRM?

And what happened if "lead qualify in dynamics CRM", then the same number exists in account and contact and qualified lead, where the number will match? which entity record will open?

You choose the order of lookup in the settings of the integration. Then, first match is taken.
