Expand on what you mean by seeing each other

If you are referring to 3CX groups, untick 'Publish group information to all extensions'

Hello,
Thank you for the response, it's unchecked from the group.
I have 4 groups of users each group has a range of extensions,
I need each user to see only the member groups we are using the web version
